Rainy Day Policy
Monitoring for Rain
Rainy days are inevitable. To prepare for a rainy day shoot our team will monitor weather leading up to your picture day. If the day before or day of your picture day rain is expected we will reach out to discuss options.
Rescheduling Options:
Free Rescheduling: If rain is predicted and poses a risk to the quality of your photos or comfort, you are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling of your session.
Flexible Reschedule Date: We will work with you to find a new date and time that suits your schedule.
Last-Minute Decision: If rain begins just before or during the session, we can mutually decide to pause and reschedule without any additional fees. This decision must be decided 2 hours before picture start time.
In-Studio Option:
For clients who prefer not to reschedule, we offer the option to move the session to our studio. We will work with you to create an indoor experience that aligns with your vision.
Extreme Weather
In the event of extreme weather (such as thunderstorms, flooding, or high winds), we will prioritize safety and reschedule sessions without any penalties.
Additional Rescheduling
If multiple rescheduling is required due to weather, we will work with you to find an alternative solution. However, additional fees may apply for excessive rescheduling requests.

We want you to be thrilled with your photos. If weather impacts your session, we will make every effort to ensure you receive the best possible images, whether through rescheduling, in-studio options, or accommodating any other requests to meet your expectations.
